At Better Weigh Coaching and Academy, we believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin and live a truly whole and healthy life. We are work with you to provide personalized coaching and support to help you achieve your goals and create sustainable habits.

About BWCA

Better Weigh Coaching and Academy is a high-level, personalized approach to weight loss geared towards those who want to ensure that they lose weight for GOOD. Ditching diet-culture and out-dated methods, this program is a 12-week approach that focuses on restoring your metabolic flexibility so you can enjoy the foods you love and never worry about the scale again.

Step 1: Elevated Nutrition

Diet culture and calorie counting are things of the past - not because they haven't "worked" for alot of individuals in the past, but because these mindsets lead to long-term health issues (especially for women) and poor relationships with food in the long run. Our goal is to help you support your body in utilizing energy efficiently so that you can experience food freedom AND meet your goals. This approach leads to a healthy metabolic flexibility and allows you to lose weight for the long-term. It's more about WHAT you're eating and WHEN, than how much.

Not all workouts are created equal. Success on the scale depends on movement that is in alignment with your unique hormone and body type. Get this wrong and your body will fight against you to lose weight. Through personalized support and looking at your body from a holistic perspective, we will help you design an exercise plan that fits your lifestyle AND your body. 

Step 3: Empowered Hormones

Hormones literally drive your metabolism. If a key hormone is off-balance, it throws the delicate equilibrium of your metabolism off-balance. Whether you're dealing with insulin resistance, thyroid issues, stress or cyclical hormone imbalances; tailoring nutrition and activity to support your hormones is key.
